1. At Hot Chouz Kougei, we want you to shop with ease. We accept enquiries/orders through:

*Please include the item code when placing your orders/inquiries.

2. Next, wait for our confirmation on the availability of the item(s) via email/

sms. We will then advise you on the details of transaction and method of payment.

3. Make payment accordingly (do inform us the payment details : reference number, time and amount transferred).

*Please bank in/transfer the payment within 2 days. If we didn't get any reply from you, the order will be canceled without further notice.

4. We will deliver the item(s) to you once payment has been received.

*Please provide us your details for shipping purpose (name, address, phone no. )

5. You should received the item(s) within a week after your payment.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

OPTION 1: SELF PICKUP

Free delivery points are ;

- MYDIN MITC, Melaka

- Tesco Cheng, Melaka

- JUSCO Ayer Keroh, Melaka

We accept (i) COD or (ii) you may directly made the payment before delivery process.

OPTION 2: COURIER

All items to be sent via courier service (POSLAJU for EM/WM).

Hot Chouz Kougei will make the delivery twice a week, on Tuesday &Friday at 12.30 ~ 1.30pm ONLY. If u want your items at a certain date, order & make payment earlier, at least a day before, before 9pm.

Here are the charges;

1-5items : RM7.00(WM) RM9.00(EM)

6-10items : +RM3.00(WM) +RM4.00(EM)
