SHIPPING

charges will be borne by the customer unless stated.

Kougei will held no
responsibilities once the item is shipped out. Thus, lost item is at
buyer's risk.
3. We will make the delivery twice a week, on Tuesday &Friday at 12.30
~ 1.30pm ONLY. If u want your items at a certain date, order & make
payment earlier, at least a day before it, before 9pm.
4. Shipment
tracking no. will be provided once shipment is made.
5. Once you
have received the goods, kindly send an email and notify us. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we willassume that
you have already received the goods.
